There's a certain ******* (let's call him K-Rubbs) that uses identities in his trolling when he finds them out.

As much as I enjoy the back and forth and even get ticked from time to time, I find it bad form to "out" people on here. Then again, I don't actually know anyone on here out there in the real world.

No, I don't plan on plastering my facebook with puppy pics. :p No guarantees for the girlfriend though....she will probably post plenty for both of us!

I actually have less of a problem looking at puppy pics than baby pics, puppies are more interesting and cuter. Even still, I'm not posting a bunch of pics.

Whitey Bulger verdict is in. But it will take forever to get through and there are no TV cameras in the courtroom. Info coming out is all on Twitter by reporters in the courtroom.

While I was home today, I decided to go to my bank to talk to them about what they can do for me with regards to re-financing my mortgage. Of course, the mortgage officer was not in the branch. I was given her card and called her. Had to leave a voicemail. While I know this is not out of the ordinary, this is one reason why I have put this off. I had a whole day to deal away from work to deal with this and now it's going to drag into a day in the office when I have no time.

Anyway, she did call me late this afternoon. Gave her the rundown. She asked a couple of questions about my condo association, asking the percentage of owner occupied units and if the percentage of owners who were negligent on their mortgages was greater than 10%. I called the condo association to get that info and of course had to leave a message and will not get that info till tomorrow at the earliest. Something she said though worried me a bit, that the answers to those two questions were important. Kinda sorta meaning that even though I am a good risk (good credit, etc), if others in my building are dickwads, that could affect my ability to re-finance, or at least maybe affect my rate. That's not fair. And another reason why I don't want to have to deal with all this. We'll see what she comes back with.

Guilty on I believe 31 of 32 counts.

If I'm one of those jurors, I'd get someone else to start my car for the next decade or so.

It shouldn't be too hot in Charleston the last week of August...temp might drop down to cool mid 90s with a dew point just a touch lower. :eek: :D

Good evening Lodge.

With all the biatching bigblue made about facebook and posting pics of kids and such I knew he would eat his words once the shoe (or boot) was on the other foot. :p

So, I pride myself on being a pretty decent cook (in high school I contemplated being a chef but working nights and weekends turned me off). Last night was an exception though. Last week a client of mine gave me six huge Salmon steaks that's he had caught earlier in the week while fishing on Lake Michigan. I prepped the Salmon as I always have and I made up my recipe of lime butter and lime zest for the finished product. The grill was ready. The steaks were large and it took a little longer than usual to cook. I went inside to check on our guests and I tapped a nice bottle of wine. I went outside to check on the Salmon and thick black smoke was bellowing from the gas grill. The grease pan started on fire as it had been a while since I changed. The thermometer on my grill maxes out at 900 degrees and it was there and probably more. It took about 5 minutes to get the flames under control. The salmon was torched. :( Good thing we had frozen pizza as a back up plan to accompany our Chardonnay. ;)

Scarlet.........I went to a concert back in March. I was hammered. After we left the show i had to go. really really bad. I got between two cars and proceeded to "shake hands with the governor" right next to the passenger window of one of the vehicles. When I finished I looked into the vehicle to my left and there was this little old lady staring at me..................couldn't tell if she was laughing at me or trying to catch her breath. ;)


..............and yes, the governor is still a priick. :D

Yeah, the compromising of stuff was what kind of ended things with me and my ex. I really want to keep the farm in the family, and I really couldn't see her ever getting to where she's very comfortable around the horses and the rest of the stuff that involves them, mainly fly's. She doesn't like anything that fly's pretty much, birds and bugs, and there's always plenty of them around the barn. And well, I just don't think I could really hack living in the city. Kinda need a little elbow room, be comfortable enough to run outside to walk the dog in my boxers if the dog really needed to go outside, that sort of thing.

I think I can speak for the rest of the Lodge here when I say we would throw him into a circle and take turns slapping him for not being smart enough to ALWAYS USE A RUBBER! even if the chick says she's on the pill. She just might be looking to get a baby and her hooks into some decent guy with some sort of a future. Don't trust Girls!
