Woohoo! No jurors called in tomorrow morning. I'm guessing I'll get the same message for the afternoon session, due to the holiday and the other groups that are still not on-call. I hope so, anyway. Otherwise that would kind of suck.

Sitting on the deck at Tin Fish on Lake Calhoun. Jr is in the last regatta of the high school season. He is with a varsity skipper but she has not been too good so far.

I like 'em whether they're wooly or not!;)

Out by the fire on the lake. My goodness I forgot how peaceful a fire, a beer, and listening to loons can be.

ETA: golf in the morning, and then I'm going to try and slay some spawning walleyes!

Can't wait to be by the lake hearing the loons- but I have to. Sigh

Morning Lodge.

Late morning today. Haven't been feeling great the past couple days so I slept in all the way to 5:35 and taking it slow. It'll be as low day with half the office and many clients gone for the holiday.

Good morning Lodge. Still wishing mother nature will get her shiz together and realize it's Memorial Day weekend, lows in the 30s are not acceptable.
I wonder how the Louisiana Lafeyette softball team will like our weather this weekend. Our NCAA super regional starts at 2 pm today. I'm ready for weekend, but must work a few hours first.

Hope the rest of the Lodge has a great weekend!

Had shoulder surgery yesterday at 11:30. Nerve block is starting to wear off now. Weird feeling. Narcotic pills are next on the docket. I'm sleeping in a recliner for the foreseeable future. Doctor's orders.
