I think I remember once seeing a Maury clip where a teenage girl wanted to name her child after a liqueur, and didn't even come close to spelling it correctly. Granted, it was "Courvoisier"; all I heard was C-A-V-A-S- before the boos overpowered the girl's voice.

So if I say "It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark. And we're wearing sunglasses", would you say that you never watched Frasier? If I was to order you to kill all the golfers, would claim to have never really been a fan of watching A.L.F.?

:mad: I don't want to play games. It's a waste of my time. It ****es me off when someone contacts my supplier and doesn't copy me or the purchasing person. It ****es me off more when he's trying to correct a problem I'm already working on, but giving the supplier the wrong information/conflicting with what I have requested of the supplier.

Every time I try to go up against this guy, I lose. Even if I have half the staff behind me. He is higher on the totem pole, and I just can't win. It drains too much from me, and makes it difficult to find motivation to do things right.

Wow, there is a severe lack of culture in this thread over the last couple pages. :eek:

Time for someone to list "must see" culturally significant movies. I am most disappointed in Ralph.

As typical for a woman, your list is wrong, except for Army of Darkness. Unless you were simply listing the five movies that Mavsy could quote line for line.

You're right. Airplane was made after Peter Jackson's The Hobbit. My Bad. :p

Maybe we should take nominations. I know everyone's list won't look the same.

Plus there is a distinction between cult classic and culturally significant. Although some movies could be both I spose. Rocky Horror might have crossed that barrier.
