Morning all. Sleep schedule is MESSED.

I'm feeling better, but am gonna sleep in again to do my best to continue the recharge. Still having some cough attacks.

Had my coaching clinic tonight in Lakeville at Lakeville South. My goodness is that a beautiful school. Absolutely awesome architecture. Also had a fantastic experience. I acquired a lot of unique drills and ways to continue to improve myself as a coach. One of the speakers we had was Pat Westrum; Goldy, did you watch him play?;) I know most of you saw his son play. (MN people for sure) He's currently(?) a scout for Montreal. very cool stuff.

The drive home was a disaster as we have a bunch of white fluffy stuff flying around outside. We made it safely, though.

I am going to try and do a Thursday-Sunday Pittsburgh trip with my dad for the Frozen Four. We'll see if it works out.

Morning, beautiful weather down here in Tennessee, 30+ winds, raining sideways. Not much fun on an open lake.

Due to the large amounts of women on the naughty list after reading 50 shades of gray, Santa will be handing out whips instead of coal this year.

During my freshman year of high school I got into a fight with his oldest son and kicked his *. I'm not proud of it, just saying.

Almost hit a dog on the way to work this morning. Came within inches of taking out someone's chocolate lab right before Christmas.

Good morning Lodge.

Howdy Lodge. Last day in the office till 2013! Provided of course we all live through the end of the world tomorrow.

Mornin', Los Lodge.

Morning Lodge. I hope we all survive the end of the world tomorrow.
If we do all survive, where should we all try to meet up? Greater safety in numbers! :D

I thought I'd be clever and find the mid-point between the furthest reaches of college hockey; then that'd be the meet-up place. Well, from Fairbanks to Boston is 4436 miles, and the mid-point . . . is Saskatoon. SCU-REEEEW that! Let's make it Vegas.

Let's try a new route.

First off, forget Alaska. Sorry, ice people, but you're just too far.

So contiguous US, from Orono ME to Colorado Springs, that's 2239. The mid-point for that route is . . . Oxford, OH. Sorry, Redhawks fans, I just can't do that either.

Back to the drawing board.

(I was hoping the mid-point would be Indianapolis, then we could meet at my parents'. Good grilling, cornhole, and plenty of beer, guaranteed. :D)

What was wrong with the Vegas suggestion?

If the world has indeed ended, I don't think a desert is the best place for survival.

Ok, we're going to need a water source, and some good hunting/gathering/farming area. And an ice rink or two.

OK, what am I missing? If the world ends, we won't be alive. I thought the idea was if it doesn't end tomorrow, we should celebrate on Saturday. And what better place to celebrate than Vegas?
