Yes. Haven't seen you clowns in forever.

I'm no St.! Thank Parise. ;)

Depending on where we go, I might be up for DD. Kinda watching the fun budget, due to the many road trips I'm making this year.

4-6 inches of snow overnight, 4-6 more inches expected by noon, freezing drizzle in the afternoon.

It's a Jeep thing. You wouldn't understand.

Had much more than that last weekend.

Its a full-sized thing. You wouldn't understand.

There are two or three vehicles I'd trade my Jeep for right now (aside from like a Corvette or something.)

One is an F-150 Raptor.

Afternoon, Los Lodge.

That is one thing driving me a little crazy about mites. Coaching is always a little suspect and there is absolutely zero focus on teamwork or strategy of playing the game. Always wonder when they will get into that. They spend plenty of time doing edgework and skating drills which is good. Now they are finally hitting some stick handling stuff as well. But playing games is just waiting until the best skaters get the puck and create their own breakaways.

Yeah, that blows when it's just a track meet. Do your mites play cross-ice games? I hope they do. That shrinks the ice enough that in a 3-on-3 game everybody is involved almost the whole time. And less breakaways. If they're playing full ice at age 7? Not a great setup. (IMO) Stats for those teams are usually: 15 kids with 0 goals; 2 kids with 4 goals; and 1 kid with 25 goals. Not helpful!

That's the Apple Valley I remember and hated.

Ha! To be fair, none of them acted like jerks.

Got a last minute ticket to Holiday at the Boston Pops tonight! Vanessa Williams is performing. I love their holiday shows. Need to bolt out of here a little before 5pm to get home and get my car and drive back into town. Didn't want to have to pay for parking twice. I figure I can leave early as I was here at 7:55am for a conference call with a bunch of folks from our international operations that wound up being cancelled as only one of them decided to join the call. And I thought they were all soccer fans. Hrumph!!
