Morning Lodge.

Actually, this is the last tournament of the spring-fall "AAA" season. Next up are a few more practices with this team then some pre-tryout clinic deals then association tryouts.

I should have been. I get drenched by to quote from the weather forecast that is still in a window that I have open "Partly sunny and nice," "3% chance of rain". I could have made a lot of money betting on rain with those odds. On the other hand there was some very nice "scenery" bouncing around. ;)

Your last sentence makes your first one wrong. ;)

So at the rink for title game. Against a team fr Grand Forks. Yesterday we beat a team from ND too. This one only beat Mavsys team by a goal so we should do OK.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #154: Olympics

Had lunch with my adopted mom today, helped mow her yard, and I have a FFL draft tonight. Tomorrow, there will be bacon.

The boys won the 'ship with JR still warming the bench. Tough to play against 8 though.

Worst officiating I've seen in quite a while. Couldn't even figure out to work a penalty situation where one of their guys got a minor and our guy got a double minor. I mean it is simple, you put all the times up on the board, start 4-4 and when their guy gets out the PP starts. They tried to start the PP first. OK, what happens when the penalties expire? Morans. Our most skilled player got a semi-break late, would have probably been a 2 on 1, but he got his stick slashed out of his hand, no call. Then in OT he had another chance, got behind his man and got his feet swept out, again, no call.

Congrats!

I have been contemplating joining the fat guys league ( old timers). The big snag is that they play Tuesday nights at 9:45.
