I get to play the proud papa all day as my oldest daughter is graduating from college today! It only took her 5 years, 4 changes in major, and 189 credits, but she finally did it! :cool:

Hell, my sister has almost as much money as I do, since she never spends it. Thus, she'll get her own car soon enough and cash in on the recent grad incentives and stuff.

Still on pace to get up to Pittsburgh by the end of the month and hopefully drive home. Stoked. However it doesn't look like I'll complete my training this month. Likely will the last 2 weeks of June though.

Hey Lodge.

Jr's team lost the final 5-2 with ENG and 4th goal inside 2 minutes left. Lost to a good team. Well, coached, didn't give us much. We lost one of our better players (he scored 5 in our first game Saturday) midway in 1st with score 1-1. He got taken to the hospital on a back-board after what I thought was a high hit in the corner (no call). We alternate goalies and this was the weaker one's turn, oh well.

Have a 9am tee time in Manchester by the sea.... So the lazy arse that I am is staying at the Peabody Marriott tonight with my free room certificate.... Sitting at bar awaiting my chance to order dinner.

Hotel bars....... Hmmmmm

The kid who got carted to the hospital is OK. Just a mark on his neck. Not sure if it was from the mask or the dasher. A kid in the game before us from the same group, but a year younger, got 12 stitches in his leg from a skate cut. The opposing team in that game (the winners) had the son of Mike Yeo, Wild head coach, and the son of Brad Bombadir, former Wild player, on it. Bombadir was coach.
