Good morning Lodge.

Breakfast has been served. Buttermilk pancakes (from scratch) and bacon.

I think I'm going to the little local cafe down the road for breakfast. I don't have the ingredients to make the kind of breakfast I am craving.

Good Morning, Lodge!

Another craft fair today. This time in White Bear Lake.

Congrats bb_dl!

Hey Lodge Late Nighters.

Well, it looks like I'm not single anymore, and I'm quite happy about it. :)

Good to hear. You can tell me all about it at the Twins game. :p

What a dismal day for a game, though.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #149 - Best adaptation of a movie title-and the lodgie goes

Good morning Lodge. Need to go into the office today for a couple of hours. Have to do a few things I wasn't able to get to yesterday. It's chilly today. I want to go back to March, when it was 80. I have Sox tickets for Tuesday, the only day next week when there will be showers and it will be cold and raw. I think it was warmer for Frozen Fenway in January than it will be on Tuesday.

bb_dl - is this the chick that knew a poster or whatever that chit chat was about here last week that half of us didn't know who you were talking about?

ha ha, this most recent development was by choice, not by necessity.
You chose to impregnate her knowing she'd get an abortion? I've always wanted to do that, but the risk of a girl changing her mind and then demanding child support is simply too great.

Scarlet - she's another poster's sister.

It is; she was at the regional on that Sunday, hanging out with us.

And agreed on the March weather thing. It was nice out for most of the week here, and today the high is something like 41 degrees and it's rainy out. PERFECT day for an outdoor baseball game.

Scarlet, I thought you met her, since she was at the tailgate the same time as you.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #149 - Best adaptation of a movie title-and the lodgie goes

I may have but I didn't know who she was.
Actually, I don't think you were ever introduced, I think at that point you were busy talking to Greyeagle and some others. She's the girl that Brent got to play beer darts 2 times, and she lost right away both times, since she was playing some pretty good beer darts players. Gophers jersey, sunglasses...

Yeah, I kinda set her up for failure on those games. Whoops. :D

And time to start the day. Brenthoven....out.

Just got back from my cousin/big brother/best friend's Air Force commissioning. Didn't even cry. :p So proud of him, though. Joins his father & two brothers (Army) in the military.

So who's the poor dumb bassturd who made the mistake of introducing his sister to the manwhore with the neat hat??? ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge #149 - Best adaptation of a movie title-and the lodgie goes

I don't think PB had anything to do with it whatsoever.
Not true, he told her to find us when we were tailgating, and told us that she was going to come over to the tailgating lot, so we should keep an eye out for her.

and monster, I'm far from being a manwhore
