So, assuming the dates stay like they are right now, hp1015 WILL be in Tampa for the first 10 days of April. House hunting, hockey, Yankees, alcohol. Stay tuned, hopefully gonna get to meet some of you crazies down there.
Keep dreaming, I won't be anywhere close to the land of senior citizens in April.

missing a fine golf weekend....
Given the way this winter has gone, I'll be able to golf here by then. Also, I'll be *** deep in travel for work by that time, I'll probably in my second week in El Paso during Frozen 4 week, Which will directly follow my 2 weeks in Sweden.

Speaking of golf........... I need to get my butt down to Hilton Head and visit my dad. Rumor has it there is some decent golf down there.........

Meh. I want to get back into mini-golfing. And not that windmill/clown mouth crap. Real grass and such type courses. I know there is/was one by Southdale in Edina, and another up in Blaine somewhere. There are also a couple fake grass ones that don't have the windmill crap that are kind of challenging (Spring Lake Park has one that will make any golfer, mini or otherwise, cuss up a storm).

Great. Now I want to go to Lilli Putt.

:D

I think that's about the closest I get to the traditional mini-golf course. Also one of the easier courses that my friends and I used to golf at.

I have played at the one in Edina. Not bad. I also played croquet there as well.

I am a very shiatty golfer. However, if I had the time to take some lessons and hit the course often I am sure my game would improve. Playing 18 or 36 a summer doesn't cut it.

The Edina one was rated 3rd toughest, IIRC, amongst my friends. Not kidding, we mini-golfed every summer weekend for a couple years straight. Even had a "Masters" tourney, with 4 different courses in 2 days. :D

#1 was the SLP one, and the 2nd toughest was the Blaine one.

Better get them going on summer hockey right now! If not they'll fall behind the rest.

Good thinking, thanks. This is the kind of stuff I just don't think about. I have to get my brain fully back into American Summer Activity Mode. Which means taking action in Feb and March.

mookie, I'm not still in the doghouse, am I? Who loves ya, baby? I can change!!!
