Yawn, about time to go get a shower and head into work. another busy day on the books. 3 of them returning clients after a few months, so that should bump my rebook request percentage up quite a bit. :)

That's not nearly vulgar enough to be a Commie-style comment. He would have implied something about her mouth always being a warzone, or potentially offer her something else to deep throat.

You out even if the Gophers are playing in the champ game?

I will be going to the games on Sat since I'll be missing the games on Thursday and Friday afternoon. Would you be willing to unload the extra Thursday & Friday tickets that I have on the street before the games?

I can't eat anything because of the gauze/tea bags in my mouth, because my mouth is still bleeding 4 hours later. I want tomato soup. :(

No way am I going to be in St Paul on St Pat's/F5 day.

And I'll be tailgating until gametime, so I don't think I'd be your best option for unloading tickets.

And as for ctf's mouth comment, the Commie would have said something like "your mouth isn't the only hole that probably looks like a war zone."

I feel your pain. At least you've got some fun pain meds for the next few days, right?

I'm sure they talked you through this...but avoid straws for the next few days. Any sucking is bad. You want to avoid the dreaded dry socket. Dun dun dun.

Wow. That sounds filthy.

Don't worry, ctf never has a dry socket. :D

(Been there too, though. Oral surgery sucks, especially when a wound refuses to clot.)

I just annihilated some tomato soup but must put the gauze back in because I'm still bleeding. (is that normal after 6 hours?)
I've got good Vicodin & ibuprofen between doses.
I can't wait for my shamrock shake to arrive soon.

Ps, no more tea bags, they were too large & tasted too gross. :eek:

Also, I quit smoking yesterday in hopes of avoiding the evil dry sockets.

In all seriousness, now's as good a chance as any to stay quit. Get yourself some patches, wean yourself off the Brentsticks (:p), and save some money and some health in the process.

And I'm sure the Commie can find something for you to put in your mouth to quell THOSE cravings. :p

I got another job. :D Nothing much, working customer service at one of the theaters in the city, but it keeps me off the streets.

i'm definitely doing grand forks. hope it's in october.

regionals in mn have appeal. though i hope bu gets to stay close to worcester to play/lose their one game.

when i had mine out in hs, i had them give me pain pills - that i didn't need, but took for recreational purposes. those and the booze i drank later that night at a foozball game had me ralphing all over the place.

speaking of, wonder why i didn't ask for any after the root canal yesterday.. always fun to have a stash.
