Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 144: (Lack of) Winter Wonderland
Brent, Thanks for the invitation and offer of a beverage, but I'll be unable to attend the CC-Tech games that weekend. Perhaps another time though. I think you've mentioned in the past you've enjoyed spending the odd hour or two in the arcade in Manitou. I hope you get the chance to venture over there when you're visiting Colorado Springs next month.
Now I have an offer/opportunity to extend to you. Beginning tomorrow morning I'll be a launching a new product in Minnesota on which I anticipate making approximately a bazillionty dollars. It's a dart board emblazoned with the likeness of Nick Shore. I figure the Don Lou Cheeah family alone will buy several thousand units and the Kent Patterson Tribe will purchase several gazillion as well. The dart board will be available exclusively online at www.ThanksForTheFourPoints.com. Honestly, I see it as being the "must-have" item of the season for Golden Gophers fans. I'm confident you'll want to get in on the ground floor as investor on this one, so just fax your credit card number to my business manager's office in Half-Assed-i-stan. I'll supply you with that 1-800 number in a separate e-mail.
Good luck to Minnesota next week against Bemidji. I'm expecting the Lucias to bounce back in a big way. The Gophers have plenty of talent and Denver was more than fortunate to sweep the series.
You know, you could stop by the CC/Tech games in a few weeks and say hi. I might even buy you a beverage of your choice.....
