Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 143: A Golden Oldie
I had actual seats to the game on Friday last week, section 3, row 7, and I hated them. It's just too close. I like to be back, higher up, the better to watch the full ice and see plays develop. That all leads to my buddy and I trying to jump into some seats we saw were empty about halfway through the second, and the lady was actually checking tickets.
My brother has two seasons tickets and will be out of town that weekend. He mentioned selling the tickets to me, but I'm not sure I want the BSU game. They're section 1, about dead center in the section; the section is behind the net the Gophers defend twice.Any goofer fans have access to tix for the Saturday night BSU game? I am looking for 2 more.
Note to gmann: buy SRO tickets for about $10 cheaper. Sit in empty seat (usually the area next to the visitor's bench is the designated vistor's allotment). That's what I do when Tech visits the Gophers. Never had a problem getting a seat. I can't imagine BSU would be a true sellout.

No, it's not the policy, but most people don't care. I think I got boned because the attendance was too high last Friday.Thanks. Good to know. So, if the my friend purchases sro tix is it policy that they can sit in an open seat until the ticket holder shows up?
I really wanted that shutout. Suck it, Bucky!Happy, happy! Joy, joy!
