I've spent so much time talking about these cookies, I might as well deliver.

Good morning Lodge. My final is today, and I have to crank out the following in five hours: 5 baguettes, 24 rolls, 2 molded pan breads, 12 eclairs piped with pastry cream, and a pumpkin pie. If I don't turn out all 5 items, I fail. If I don't get a 73% or above on the five, I fail. No pressure.
