gmann, I'll have to let you know more tomorrow, as I know things. My brother's flight itinerary is a bit fluid as he's hitching a ride home on a C130 cargo plane. He told me that he'd know more tomorrow, but not at what time of the day.

Also, my computer is breaking - the charger is falling apart, the battery is going dead, the wi-fi works occasionally, and now the keyboard surround is coming off. I do not like this.

Aboot $300 can get you a new laptop these days. It's not much more than a netbook, but it's something at least works.

I'm hoping not to need to go that route, but it's looking that way. If nothing else, my folks have an old laptop I can borrow to sneak by... but ugh.

I kinda need more than that. I did the budget route for my current one, as it was a situation where I needed one immediately (in fact, my old desktop burned out two days after I bought this one). I'm going with quality next time. Just need to scout out different models. I figure I have a few months or so to go on this one.

Got to watch most of the 2nd half at ATL, had to board with a minute to go, just after the Pats got the ball back at the end. Followed the game on my phone til the end, as it was before I had to turn off my cellular device (which I really just put it on airplane mode.) Now down in Houston for a 5 hour nap or something like that, probably a bit more.

Good morning Lodge. The sun came up this morning. Football season is over. It's Beanpot Monday and while I know you all (with the exception of mookie and Chickens and a few others) could give a horse's behind, it's a fun tournament, a stressful couple of games and I'm always glad to be a part of it. Terriers have the early game today so I'm out of here at 1pm to go home, drop of all my stuf, change, eat and head into the Garden for a quick pre-game beverage before I suffer through tonight's game. As I posted in the NFL thread last night, I'm hoping the gods are thinking "We only have a limited amount of good win karma this week so it was either the Pats or the Beanpot...."
