Seem to have lost a set of keys this AM. I have two sets because each of our cars has a large key and a remote fob so putting all on one ring gets bulky. I somehow dopped the ring with the house, garage and one car keys on it while getting into the other car. :confused: Vanished. Hope they're inside my car somewhere.

Yeah, I've currently have 2 remotes on my keys right now because of the loaner I'm using from the repair shop. Its pretty **** annoying to grab one remote and click it only to realize its the wrong remote. Hopefully I should be hearing back from them about it soon about my car being fixed.

morning lodge. Been busy this weekend. Met up with the girlfriend for Saturday night, and knocked out the last of the Christmas shopping as well yesterday. Got a hold of the other guys insurance company about them paying up their share, only 500 bucks for my deductatable. Would think that they would have to pay more because its the other guy's fault, but eh, don't really have the will to fight the system considering that I really don't have to pay out of pocket for all of that other than the 25 bucks I had to pay up for not having my proof of insurance with me at the time.

Morning

Had a lazy weekend, as I start my 2+ weeks of vacation. 2 more days at home and then off to San Francisco to see my niece and nephew for a few days.

Writing tech reports really sucks. I am so very sick of this report, and I'm not even half done.

Why don't you just have a house & garage key on both sets of keys so you wouldn't have to carry both sets of car keys with you at all times? Not like you can drive both cars at the same time.

Isn't the goal of a Yankee Swap supposed to be getting a crappy gift and to also ruin someone's Christmas by swapping out your gift for what they have? We just had one with our extended team. First off, not everyone participated, which I think is lame. Second, the first four people that picked out gifts decided to keep them. Not the point!!!! If someone is happy with what they selected, I feel it's my job to take that gift away from that person! All in the holiday spirit of course! :)

I did that on Saturday during our bar crawl... "but I'm the one who bought it"... "not my problem"... worse is that he was hiding it.

I'm not familiar with this particular tradition, but it sounds right.

I take it you did delete the s#$& storm that your BU thread had become. I think it was the right move even if they started right back up with a new one.

No need to delete it. It closed on its own, hit the 1000 post mark. I'm doing my best to avoid it at all costs. It's going to get worse before it gets better. If it ever gets better.
