TK's was fun again. Got a number from some random girl, just another night at the bar. There were several there that were out of Patman's age range that I would have gladly gotten to know a little better.

Repeat what I said earlier- it is much easier when they are blatantly idiots then when they pull the doodoo of trying to buy your kid with stuff.

When grandparents wand to curry favor with grandchildren their best option is to get the most expensive thing the kid wanted, bonus if is is also loud and obnoxious.

In a case of where you are having Christmas early, determine what the parent are getting the kids and then get them those exact same things and force the parents to scramble in the last few days before Christmas to try and find replacement gifts.

Don't get me wrong, getting back at the parents though the kids is petty, but to "punish" the kids is beyond petty towards bewildering.

It was a fun night. We had our usual stable of bartenders, and there were also some B-squads for whatever reason. There also was a new A-squad or two. Didn't get a chance to let them know who we were, though.

Probably the last TK night of the year, though, given the holidays.

Indeed. On the plus side, it's helping gmann by showing the gfamily (especially gwife) what kind of foolishness the ginlaws can do.

Tomorrow is the big day for the lass, she has her cochlear implant surgery. Then another 4 weeks until they implant is activated.
