Bemidji bars close at 1:00. Only gripe I have with that town.

Because if they haven't, I will never go there.
No martinis for me tonight. Or getting to see hottie bartender either. Because no one was available to go out with me for a birthday beverage. That will have to wait till next Thursday.
Good on you Sir!Highest level annual performance review I earned it for the hell I've been through... personally, I'm waiting to see what kind of DOC medal I get for my efforts.
Wait.............back up a minute. We missed something, didn't we?

Not yet. It's Saturday. And BU has a home game. On my birthday. All three of my godkids will be there, in the same place, at a BU hockey game. Including the ingrate that decided to go tp BC. I'm very excited about this.

It could have been worse.... They could not have the Paul Bunyan statue.....The taxi cabs (they have two now!) were good to us. Learned alot about how the police work in that town because of them. Best part was when our group had them both lined up for us, and the locals getting all mad about it.
That being said, I doubt I'll ever go back to that cowtown. There are four things to do there: see the Paul Bunyan statue, watch a hockey game, drink, and f*. Normally, that'd be fine. But it's Bemidji.

Oi, going to make up for my slow Wednesday tomorrow. Boss called me this afternoon freaking out because she forgot to confirm with Wyatt about doing an off site chair massage event. And it turns out he has other plans tomorrow morning. So I get to wake up early tomorrow morning and I'll go help Chris out with that, along with doing my usual Friday Afternoon shift as well. And to top it all off, I'm also suppose to work a sunday shift as well there.
We attempted to contact the curling club, but that was like trying to find the number to the redphone in the Oval Office.
So easy, even an SCSU grad can do it. http://bemidjicurling.org/html/directors.html
It didn't help that we were there when it was -40 with windchill.
Perhaps you guys should have called ahead and made plans perhaps?? that could have opened some doors for you??Um, at the time, we had a couple people with laptops, found the site, called, no answer, there was no info on recreational curling times (if they had it at all), nothing. Unless you wanted to be in a league, it was nada.

And straightline winds. That walk from Perkins sucked arse. And what were the odds of 2 whiteouts in 3 days, with the 2 days being our days of travel?!
/close eyes, I'm safe.
Stupid hose truck.
