'Morning, kids.
So, last night we had the informational meeting for the 5K training group I'll be running at work. I was expecting 10-15 people. We had 25 show up to the meeting, with no fewer than 10 calling/stopping in earlier that day to sign up. :D

Aw, you have your own little cult. Isn't that cute? :D

Finally decided to actually get up after a night of tossing and turning. I never sleep well on the first night of a long trip. Thank goodness I don't need much sleep anyways or I'd be done for with all the planned activities today/tonight.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

So I'm going to the Likings-Lions game Sunday. Didn't want to, but we were given tickets from a rep and are taking some clients to the game. Includes 50 yd line seats, VIP tent passes and parking passes. I am not looking forward to watching the Lions break their streak of losing to the Vikes. Maybe I'll leave at half and miss the collapse this week.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 137: Counting the long summer days

They beat the Vikes in the last game of the season last year. Unless there's another losing streak I'm missing?

Unless it is a home winning streak, I have no idea. I do know that this is the first time the Lions are favored in a game in Minnesota since 1982.

Vikes have won the last 13 at home vs the Lions. Sorry, didn't clarify home wins....

Oh, then its nice to know that I was in attendance the last time it happened. Randall Cunningham was the leading rusher in the game, for the Lions. Funny how the brain remember stupid stuff like that.

Anyway, its time to neg rep bomb that dooshbag CC fan in all of the BHHC that is being a complete *** to all of the fans of schools that are already being **** on.

goldy: Gotcha. I wondered about that, but didn't care enough to go look.

Being nearish to Lions country, I've seen them play a fair amount. They're starting to look good; getting the pieces they need.

Cookies have been made... even added a glaze of powdered sugar and rendered bacon fat to my Satisfied Ladies (bacon-chocolate chip).

Name??? Haven't really wondered that much in D1 lately over here. The reason why CC is even in the NaCHo there is because they're so dang close to DU.

At work, waiting for my clients. Just busy enough here today that I can't do any hot stone training with another therapist who wants to learn the craft as well. :(
