Yea, its not like you fainted on stage or anything.

There was one kid a while back who got his word, asked for the definition, sentence, origin, etc., then out of absolutely nowhere said "Do the chickens have large talons?"

Then there was the "euonym" girl, which I actually witnessed first hand. I can explain the actual situation around that, but I'd really prefer not to tell it semi-publicly out of respect for the poor girl.

If anyone has some good vibes, my sister-in-law (brother's wife) had a tumor removed from her head this morning. They wouldn't know for a week or so if it is benign or malignant.

And on a lighter note (although it really ****es me off) they raised the toll on White's Ferry for bikes from $1 to $2 last weekend. It was $.50 only about seven or eight years ago.

The Rat graduates from HS tonight.

Congrats!

You get to go from paying tuition for your fancy private prep school to paying tuition for your fancy private college now!

BTW, my new gig is in the running for working on the new activity center for your fancy private prep school. Some interesting economics involved with the tax situation for geothermal energy there...

The price of poker just continues to go up. :)

I saw the plans a year or so ago, should be a nice addition. The dome is going away, right?

I hate SQL. :(

This thing sucks... updating one variable and it wasn't done in an hour and a half... its only 17 million records... I've stored into objects this size before in R around about a minute.

So much stress....

CC to 'Hoven - re: rep: I know they did! I watched every episode. I was || close to buying the DVD set a few years ago, but couldn't justify the expense at the time. Wish I had...

Howdy Lodge.
