Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

Are you guys at the Franklin too?

And also, for the USCHO guys going to the shindig, what is everyone's plan in regards to the golf event on Friday night? Is anyone going? I would like to go, but I'm hoping some others from here would want to join. (Brent, I know you don't want to golf, but you could drive the cart, drink beer and make fun of us, if you'd like)

Nope, we're goin' in style at the Travelodge. Don't ask me why, I just did what I was told.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

Great way to wakeup to find out the Winnipeg Jets (No other name will do) are back!

Haircut in 2 hours, then leaving in the next 3-4 hours. Still lots to do (putting away stuff, packing up my stuff, etc)

FD: I've already got plans for tonight with a buddy down there, but I will be in the area more often than not to fly to Houston through the summer (probably atleast 2 more times)

I never realized this until today, but flying (or trying to find flights) is a complete PITA. I'm trying to go from MN to MI, why the holy hell would I want to go through Missouri or Colorado to get there???

Yep, it is. At least when I do it, it is usually for work, so I just find a non-stop no matter how expensive it is.

Just met the Secretary of Veterans Affairs...and MNS'd it. FML.

(Just wanted to shake hands and say hi, he thought I was coming on the tour he was doing, mass awkwardness ensues, etc.)

I would like to go too, but I don't know when we were planning on getting up there.

CC to Brent: There is a possibility I may have to drive myself up there, as I may be heading down to Milwaukee to visit family right from Houghton. Nothing is definite yet though...
