That'll do, Brent.

BTW, she made fun of the padded shorts at the start of the ride - but by the end of it wanted a pair. :p

When the path is rough, your *** really takes a serious beating when on a mt bike.

And holy **** there was a lot of people out today near the lakes. Unexpected on a Wednesday morning - must've been a lot of "sick" calls.

I sure as hell didn't want to work today. Too nice out. Starting to get humid though. No rain tomorrow, but on watch for Fri and Sat, I guess. Some severe. I can only hope.

It was perfect out. I even saw a pack of oldsters biking this morning - that was pretty **** funny.

The rain on Friday better hold off 'til afternoon. Can't ride Lebanon Hills if it's wet (gotta wait 24 hours after it rains to preserve the trail).

Supposed to be late afternoon at the earliest, I guess. I'm paying attention because it's supposed to be the best day for highs/lows on temps (top down) but also rain is in the forecast. Can only use my lunch/break to put my top up. Windows? Whenever. But due to the time involved (about 5-7 minutes, yes they are that anal), a convertible is different.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

I like how you just referred to your jeep as a convertible. :p

BTW, the other night when my radio alarm woke me up, I heard "Whole Lotta Rosie" by AC/DC.

I guess that is the category it could fall into (besides the official "SUV").

And awesome. That's my Jeep's Theme song, obviously. :D

I did find that if it's below about 60, the top is a beech to take down/put up. I guess it's stretching/flexibility of the top (insert joke at will). I know I had to wait until it hit about 60 to install it in the first place, which sucked. Apparently it's a constant.

That's not the theory we took as kids. We'd get to Lebanon Hills immediately after a big rain because we'd get dirtier than normal and the chance for a major crash on the downhill side of the loop was all the greater. More chance of injury = more fun. :)

Well, kids are idiots. :p

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 135: Rain, rain go away

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! thursday is almost friday
Lil running again today. He is not into it because it isn't the conference meet (which he thought he would run this WE) and the coach just figured out 2 days ago they could run the Fr today. His running brain shut off Monday. Will be shocked if the time is anywhere decent.

Good Morning

I'm getting some help after work with starting tiling the bathroom. Finally getting some more progress done with that thing!!!

S'upp y'all.

Slept late, feel great.

Almost time to figure out where to go and have breakfast.. I imagine it'll have crab in it and be either eggs or "a really thin pancake"
