Just saw it. Spent the night hanging with Dillo. I'm game.

And I prefer the fuller flavors of bourbon. But now and again, I like me the Irish variety of whiskey. And I stick with the ones I mentioned, or if flush with money (meaning: road trip) I'll spring for the better Bushmill's or Redbreast, etc.

Morning, Lodge. Getting The Fifth ready for my trip next week, have to balance/rotate the tires, oil change, etc. Getting some random errands done, and then a night of relaxing with some fellow Lodgers. Gorgeous day out, which is a nice bonus.

Aw Jeebus, just got an email that my company's president died last night of a massive coronary. No idea what happens next. The other senior partner is planning to retire at year end.

Good afternoon Lodge.

The g family has been on the move this summer. We have been away from home the past 6 weekends and this one is no exception.

Little g and little gII are spending the weekend at grandmas house. Mrs g is hanging with friends in citislickerville. I am up north at the cabin just chilling alone. A Few friends are stopping by later. Grilling steaks, corn on the cob, beverages, bonfire and hanging with friends on tap for tonight. Beautiful day. Tonight it will cool off nicely. Perfect night for a fire.

Sorry to hear that, goldy.

Our place is on the lake's south shore, with chilly temps (for August) and a NW wind.....today felt like we should be taking out the dock soon.

It was a great night for a fire. However, once you stepped away from the heat it was cold. Currently 44 degrees.........

Relaxing night. After watching the Twins CRUSH the Astros (;) ), we turned to "Black Belt Jones" and "Snatch" for viewing entertainment. Not quite a bonfire at the cabin, but what can you do?

final day in golf tourney starts soon. we are in 2nd place, 6 pts back. we have the leaders right off the bat so i big, huge victory is required.
