Are you on Verizon DSL or FIOS? I have had DSL for ages and am getting sick of the service. FIOS is not available here, and they don't seem to want to change that.
Exact scenario as here. When everyone on the street pops up ( wireless systems available) then I drop off a lot. They keep dicking around. Really stuck b/w a rock and a hard place. Need the intertubes to work. They have no intention of bringing in FIos. They just dropped my speed even more supposedly to help me from dropping off.
Back from a couple days in Duluth.....it was hot there too!
Found out my daughter's "good" ear went from severe to profound loss. Implant #2 on the not so distant future. This is the part where I thank you engineer/techie/medical types.
BTW, if I were to start my career over and I was a lot, lot, lot, smarter; I would want to be an Audiologist....absolutely fascinating!
The food is excellent. No doubt. Normally it is $50 per person, but Shirtless Guy snagged a deal where we paid $30 per person, including desert, so we got a pretty good deal. For the girlfriend and me, it was about $100 flat for food, drinks, desert and tip. Not too bad a for a very good dinner. Downtown Minneapolis, on the other hand, is the 7th ring of hell.
