If you need that shipping test run to AK, you know who to call.
I'm not calling Alaska to find out if you want cupcakes! :p

(Suze may have beat you to the punch in the Extras thread. We'll see, if people pay, I'll send... :) )

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

I am taking this Friday off from work as little g and myself are going to spend the day at the local ski hill (in the middle of farm country no less) to go tubing.
Does little g know how to dial 911 on your cell phone? :p

Are you going to take any pics? It would be nice to see little g getting the best of big g on the slopes!

CC to MNS (or anyone else that cares, I guess): I may have found at least one more for the Memorial Day Vegas trip...we should book this thing if we're going to do it

if anyone else is interested, the trip is much cheaper than you'd expect, and you know it'll be a helluva time
Will be in Dallas for a wedding...

Well, as we speak, my family is at the vet saying goodbye to our dog, Lester. :( Cancer sucks.

Dislike.

Also disliking dad being home on medical and mom's none too happy about it. Just sitting here trying to stay out of it right now.

Whole wheat bowtie pasta with a medley of mild and spicy sausage in red sauce for dinner. Glass of shiraz in hand as well. Hope your night is a good one folks.;)

I don't know why I never think to make stuffed peppers. Maybe it's because I associate that with stuffing green peppers, which I'm not a huge fan of. Stuffed red or yellow pepper with turkey sounds awesome though. Better break out the recipe books tomorrow! :)

Hello, Lodgers! Putting the finishing touches on starting my own business (bakery, of course). Been spending a lot of time thinking about it. Just need a logo (have to pester the bf a bit) and to finish setting up the blog and FB page.

Busy with EMT class (have class every other Saturday in addition to Monday and Wednesday nights and both days of the Hockey East Quarterfinals weekend) & finishing my applications to nursing school. Still nannying.
America's Test Kitchen has a great recipe for stuffed bell peppers. Amazingly enough, it's in their Light recipe cookbook.

Best of luck on the business!

Sorry, 'diva. :(

Sounds better than my dinner of pork chops, roasted carrots with ginger and nutmeg, and baked potatoes.

Evening, Lodge. Today's been a pretty good day.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

Good idea.

eh, honestly their relationship ended years ago, its now they're roommates who hate each other. Both would be better off if they made it offical, but both are too chicken to do that. Mom mostly because Dan has his name on the title of the farm, and Dad, well, think he's more afraid of ending up alone I think. One of those reasons I really need to move out.
