Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

So I go to my usual Thursday place for drinks and notice a fellow (well, kinda former) USCHO-er now working there. Oh no!!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 129: Still got those Winter Blues...

St. Patties day in St. Paul is better than whatever else you could possibly have planned. Even if you still skip the hockey games.

No, it's not. When it was on the F5 Friday a couple years ago, it was like armegeddon. We were all excited to hit the bars after the game, we walked to Ried's from the X, and by that point, we had one mission: get the f* outta St Paul.

Sounds like you weren't drunk enough.

Hm, can't get into half the bars, and the bars you could get into you had to wait 20+ minutes to get to order a drink, drunks falling on their faces (literally), higher jack bag to normal drunkard ratio, etc etc. No thank you. I'd rather be at the normally crowded pub not in St Paul on that night.

I hear they have some sweet arrowheads in Clovis, so that's a plus.

:)

"Oh, hey, you're having a parade! Can we be in it?"

"Sure! We'll start you off right next to this liquor store."
