More hockey this morning - peewee tryouts, session 3 of 4 for this season. Getting a little nerve wracking.

For TC based fans, the Wild are having an open house today, with open skate at the X, tours of the X and a scavenger hunt with prizes. Going on 1-4 PM.

More hockey this morning - peewee tryouts, session 3 of 4 for this season. Getting a little nerve wracking.

For TC based fans, the Wild are having an open house today, with open skate at the X, tours of the X and a scavenger hunt with prizes. Going on 1-4 PM.

Ohh scavenger hunt. Are we looking for talent to play on the Wild this season?

Deli style turkey sandwiches = delicious.

Who said I celebrated the Gopher's sweep? It was nice to start with a sweep, but they had to hold on both nights against a team picked to finish 9th in HE, not a resounding opening weekend at home.

Tough day. My wife's uncle--her dad's last surviving sibbling--died this morning. My wife was quite close to her uncle. Been on the phone with family much of the day. Rosary and funeral plans are pending. He and I had much in common and I greatly enjoyed the time I was able to spend in his company. Tough day.

Set me up a place at the Happy Hockey table. HH is turning out OK. Lil scored 2 goals today
