Set me a place at the Happy Hockey Table! I was actually able to stay thru most of the third. I thought I would have to leave midway thru the game to get my bags and head to the airport. Thankfully, one of the BU players' parents also had a 7pm flight and had their car at the rink. They drove me to the hotel, I ran in and grabbed my bags and made it here at the gate in time! Yay!
Of course, what was waiting for me here? That's right, a screaming baby. This one can't be more that two months old. *sigh* But BU won, so I'll live. :)

I'm just not thrilled that you had a snide comment that I was happy about the Sioux bouncing back and playing good hockey after a night of playing *t hockey.

Tough day. My wife's uncle--her dad's last surviving sibbling--died this morning. My wife was quite close to her uncle. Been on the phone with family much of the day. Rosary and funeral plans are pending. He and I had much in common and I greatly enjoyed the time I was able to spend in his company. Tough day.

Good morning MEUSA, Ralph, Walrus and tLodge!

For once I wasn't up when Ralph was, Miss Wiggle's schedule has changed, so her middle of the night wakeup was at 2am, not 3. Now, we just need to get her to go a little longer between feedings in the middle of the night.

No rest for the weary, my company doesn't observe Columbus Day, so off to work I go.
