Went to the bar for an early evening happy hour. A huge bridal party came in for about an hour. The bride was super hot, her party, much less so.

I guess that's what brides should do though, invite people who are not as pretty as them.

We were down at The Arch today. Saw 6 different wedding parties taking photos. It was a gorgeous day here, very hot. Went up to the top of The Arch. It was fun. Had a headache most of the day so I decided to stay in tonight. Couldn't get a ticket to the Blues game. I have a long day tomorrow so I figured I should take it easy tonight.

Evening, Lodge. We got invaded by hordes of Boy Scouts today, but at least I have beer now (and plan to stop by a co-worker's birthday party at Keegan's). :o

scouts would have been cooler and more practical if there was a homebrewing merit badge.

Evening, Lodge. After a crappy day at work, it's nice to come home and have a BLT with apple-smoked bacon on seeded spelt bread...

7+ days and counting until the Detroit Marathon. Let's go.

I'll sit at the happy hockey table tonight. A couple ties against a MSU-M team that sounded like they outplayed us. Solid goaltending by our freshman goalie tonight (1GA on 38 shots). We're still undefeated!

I'm going to stand up from the table for a minute after watching John Scott trip over the blue line to allow the Wings' go ahead goal in the 3rd! :D
