Sexually Transmitted Infections. No idea why some hosehead had to change the terminology except someone is feeling like they know better every day. I still call it STD. (I hate when they change things to be more 'modern' when the old term worked perfectly well. There are some conditions they have renamed 4 or 5 times and it isn't even like they discovered anything new or changed the treatment! grr)

It is raining. It is cold. Lil has a meet today. Brrrrrr.

Lil is experiencing his first real peer pressure- just got a text- he told the hockey capt he is going to run indoor track this yr and the capt is pressuring him to go out for hockey. He is a small guy. Not strong, would be blown up trying to play at that level (like as in Mr thinks there would be potential for injury), not to mention he has played for sh*t teams for the past 3 yrs and is just finally on a team that is teaching him the rudimentary game skills. He knows he isn't ready yet but doesn't want to let the guy down. I suppose there are worse dilemmas but corresponding via text about it is nuts!

Sounds to me like Lil just needs a year or so down on the farm. ;) A year of lifting hay bales around all the time would be just what he needs to gain some stoutness. ;)
