Afternoon Lodge.

So Michigan Tech is continuing the destruction of absolutely every tradition that made it unique, cutting down a lone tree in front of one of the buildings that was a campus landmark for years for no discernible reason.

i was waiting for a haircut during a long ESPN segment on it... the guy in the chair next to me wouldn't stop watching it... felt tempted to slap him.

Did that for 3 yrs before we sold and then shortfall meant we paid for another 10yrs. When we finally paid it of we also coincidentally paid off the 2 cars at the same time. It was a party until Mr's car died, mine got totalled by a texting teen and it was back to the real world.

Afternoon, Lodge. Second attempt at the colonoscopy failed, which means I get to stay on the liquid diet for another day so I can have an enema done tomorrow. At least for this, I'm allowed to have Boost and V8...

As most of you know, I have started a little something with my waitress friend that has been mentioned previously.
I also was at my buddy's wedding this weekend where, unknown to me, the bride was trying to set me up with her maid of honor. I ended up actually talking to and dancing another of the bride's friends for most of the night.
Recently a girl that I was persuing several years ago started texting me and asking me why we never did this or that or went out to eat at some place. I got mad at her and yelled at her because it was obvious that I was interested, but she was either too stupid or too manipulative to notice. Now she is texting more and more after I got ****ed at her, making it seem like she's interested in me, and frankly I can't ****ing tell with this chick, I swear she's crazy in the head.

This all leads up to, I have Twins tickets tonight. I made plans with waitress girl to go to the game. All was good. Then some family emergency comes up and she has to be at her uncles for the week because his deadbeat wife disappeared, leaving him a business and 3 young kids. (for the record, I know she's telling the truth on this one, we've talked about it, she's not just avoiding me :p ) So I asked the girl from the wedding to go, she said she'd love to, but works the late shift at the hospital she works at. Sooo, I decided to ask crazy chick, and she's free.

Fast forward to this Saturday. I'm going out with my friend and his new wife, like I mentioned a couple days ago. Maid of honor is coming out also, buddy's wife still wants to set me up with her, even though neither of us were really interested last weekend. Other friend from wedding is also going to be there. And to top it off, they all want to go to the bar where waitress girl works.

Doubt it seriously. Edina has one of the lowest mill rates in the metro and I know what STA costs. :p

As a man in Oakland, CA once told me "Ah can sleep in mah car, you can't drive yo house."

I'm sorry but 90% of the folks who drive pickups are ijits. They almost never use the box in the back and when they do it's by getting roped into helping out a friend. :p

Hi, Lodge!
I'm getting settled up here in South Range. I officially hate moving. And, word out of the paint store is that painting is actually a giant pain in the arse.

Other news out of the paint store is that sharing a computer with a Tech student is going to be tricky. :(
