You are also a high risk roommate. Not sure how many takers you will get when you are actively trying to move out on them.
I've decided that I will keep trying to get this house I've been working on for the last 6 months, and if I don't, I'm done with that for a while. I've gotten burned out on the house hunting stuff and I would just be happy to find a decent 1 year lease so I don't have worry about it for a while.

evening lodge. Greetings from a hotel next to LaGuardia. Struck a seagull on final approach to LaGuardia. No, this wouldn't have turned into a Sully moment. Instead, I had to deal with the Port Authority asking me lots of questions about it.

I'm gonna try to explore NYC tomorrow...I haven't really explored New York in a few years.

How's the seagull doing?

last I checked, he was basically a smear on the NACA vent

Good. I hate those flying rats.
Agreed!!!

And in action from around major league baseball last night...

===> Rays outfielder Carl Crawford left Tampa Bay's game against Baltimore after being struck in the groin with a pickoff throw to first base. <===

If you're scoring at home that goes into the book as: Manager's decision--did not play--hit in the nuts. Yeah, let's see ya try to second base now, ya rat b/a/s/t/a/r/d.;)

And I thought the Manscaping I had done yesterday sucked.

Ummmmm.....TMI.

In any context.

Its for this weekends NMT workshop. We're working on the anterior thigh, and all of those muscles all attach right up there in the pelvis. Removing some of the underbrush there is to make it a little more comfortable then. Its just not so comfortable now. I've got a much more healthy respect for women now. :o

I don't suppose that, as Queen Emeritus of the Board, that I could ban all mentions of cold beverages until Maggie arrives? :( A cold beer sounds sooo good right now.

No? I didn't think so. Carry on.

roll it around in your mouth and spit it out before you swallow.

what's the problem?!?

Pardon me while I pick myself up off the floor.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 117: It's The Dog Days of Summer

Last night we closed down the Irsih pub. (Kierens? sp) Awesome night to be sitting outside people watching enjoying a cold beverage and a cigar.

We did stop in (or near) Alex today after all. Potty and water stop at the Holiday at 29 exit.

The quote below or the fact that Gerald "Gump" Laird just homered?

Both, now.
True, true.

Evening, Lodge. Hooray for orientation tomorrow and my job interview on Friday; don't think I can stand another day doing demos.

It wouldn't be an issue if you took care of that more regularly. Once a decade isn't gonna cut it so to speak.

Stop talking to gmann for grooming tips!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 117: It's The Dog Days of Summer

Im game granted if bb_dl is there ill be there but apparently if you are in the flutag you get breathalyzed at like 8 am and have to have no alcohol in your system
I'm not in the flugtag...

I graduated from HS with one of the Team Bacon members...hence how I got the invite. :p

I like the idea of a bacon party. :D

took the Q33 bus from my hotel to 82nd street, hopped the 7 line to Times Square, walked up some stairs and wallah. :)

Something tells me there will be a ground stop here though.

Have I mentioned that I despise LaGuardia? A small part of that reason is due to the lack of reasonable ways to get to New York.

Evening, Lodge. Got back yesterday from New York and New Jersey - would have been back Monday night except for storms. Guess who had to call into work.

(But the visit was fun. :D)
