So I've been violently vomiting all day. I think the count's up to 9 times, including once in a bush on my way home from work. Herro, dehydration.

Grrrrrrr....... I think my left arm is going to fall off.


Started the second weekend of NMT today, and was working on the positor shoulder. my left shoulder is now noticably lower than my right one, and the left arm is also now longer when I hold both of them out in front of me. My partner really got in there and busted up some old scar tissue I've had back there. and it does feel loser now as well. Just going to be sore for a while, and we're not even done with the shoulder yet. :p

oh, and for those of you that want bit of a comparision as what NMT is, check your rep.

Someone pass the bottle over. August 1st is roughly when I'll know where my company is headed. This goddammed Union better cave quickly. No one (media, local residents, the operators on strike) even cares that there isn't work going on.
