Most of your big health food stores are overrated anyway. If you want good deals, visit the smaller, independent stores. Yesterday I picked up a pound of buffalo burgers and a bag of lentils for under $10, plus I found that Walgreens was ripping me off when it comes to iron supplements.

Good morning, Lodge. I think today's the last day I'm working for Crossmark; starting with a temp agency on the 19th, and I'll be going back to school in September. No more demos! No more having my dignity trampled by retail!

I want to shop wherever it is that you got that deal!! TCBG and I were talking this morning about a local butcher that we might start buying from rather than buying our meat at Stop & Shop. One of his buddies is big into food (heh, I almost typed big into meat... ) and I want to ask him about it. Now that I'm moving here, I'm making a concerted effort to get both of us to eat better, particularly better meat and less processed food.

Congrats on going back to school!! What will you be studying?

I need a mani/pedi. I think I'll go take a walk to my nail place before the rain comes.

Afternoon!

Yesterday's happy hour turned into 5 hours of drinking on the upstairs patio of Brit's (bar). Most of that with a couple of co-workers who I had never hung out with before. Was pretty fun. Great site seeing as well.

Today so far, woke up at 11:30, had Chipotle for lunch, and now just being lazy.

Actually I was serious with that last post, I didn't take some girl home last night. That was just a random post that probably wasn't timed very well.
If I was going to post that I got some it would be more like "woooooooo I got me some action last night!" No need to beat around the bushes.
