Not quite. But I was feeling pretty good, thanks to the bartenders. I ordered a Jack/Coke, they couldn't find a shotglass to measure it out (this was at an Elks' Club, kinda like a VFW), so they eyeballed it. By pouring a third of a glass (and later in the night 1/2 glass) of Jack, then adding the Coke. And charging $3.

Around here Elks club members are known to drink a wee bit,
thats probably how they mix them there. Good deal

Probably some of the mess that started up right over my place here. Went out to the barn to adjust a tarp, and the next thing I know its coming down in buckets. Didn't last long here, but they're saying its the mess that was rotating on the radar over by Saline, Ann Arborish area.

Does Denver get the humidity that DC does? DC is stifling when its hot like that.

The highlight of my Sunday, going shopping for baby stuff and I got a great deal on a Pack 'n Play/Bassinet. It was usually 170 and I was able to pick it up for 82.00!

Look for a car that will be New to You. Would have to figure there's a dealership around you that has a lot of used cars for sale, that were either returned back due to financing, Repoed outright, or were cars that got brought in to take advantage of some of the newer deals they have going on now. Odds are you'll find something thats newer thats far more into your price range.
Start posting pictures of thanksgiving dinner around. They'll get the message.

Actually, the turkeys can stay, I just want the dogs to stop barking at them. (Though the Tom would make a very nice Thanksgiving Day dinner, for about 20 people. )

I completed my BS at Metro State 14 years after I started at tUMD.
Off all next week - yea! We're getting new windows installed tomorrow in a four season sun porch we have off one of the bedrooms upstairs. It's used like a den/office for us plus we have an old 20" CRT TV for the kids to play XBox. Took most of the day to get everything out of there.....I need a nap.

So I went back to Greek Fest this afternoon and had some more amazing food. A storm went through the area and after the storm passed, they told everyone in the beer tent to go inside and that there was a tornado in the area. Brilliance there. My cousin's husband went to their home and the tornado skipped over there house and sideswiped their neighbor's house. Mind you they only live not even 2 miles away from where we were at.

Well, Dinner is the more tastier option, but if you just want them around without the dogs barking, Shock Collars would be the way to go. That would get them to quit barking there.

Seriously, I'm not quite sure yet. I'd love to teach at the college level, or work in museum management, but those are both really tough fields to enter. Next year I'm looking into grad schools, so we'll see how that turns out for me.
