Yes.

I was gonna watch Sanjuro (Akira Kurosawa's sequel to Yojimbo) but after watching War, Inc., that kinda ruined my movie mood. The highlight to War, Inc. was Hilary Duff's acting. Yes, I just said that. And she does a great job in it.

2-2 going to the 8th. This game has been yet another light-hitting affair.

So, I'm going through the refi process - and am wondering if anyone else has had their place appraised. Specifically, I want to know if the appraiser has to come into the house or not.

Yes. My Fa in law used to do the appraising. They have to go around and find comparable houses in your area, document all the rooms, the shape they are in, and a bunch of other junk.

Mostly yes. My dad's an appraiser and he will go in most of the time. However, depending on the job, it may not be necessary.
