I would think, since it's a cookie cutter townhome, that he'd probably just do a quick run through to make sure it's not rundown/etc.

My dad did an assisted living complex in East Grand Forks where all he did was have me take pictures and email them to him since it was much easier than to have someone drive up there to look at it.

So if it's a townhome that was renovated six years ago and is basically identical to three dozen other ones in this *'ing development, is it really necessary to go in?

Yeah. You could have punched holes in the walls, let the interior go to waste, etc etc. But as I mentioned, I bet they do a quick walk through, as opposed to a "real" house where they would probably have to inspect much more, as well as sq ft, etc, things that "real" houses vary on greatly, even on the same block.

Bunch of slackers today, I'm up late and I'm still the first one in here, whats up with that:D Got a roofer coming at 9 to look at a shed roof, needs repair badly

*ing morning. Yay 24 oz Monster.

Supposed to go to the zoo today with my family. Was supposed to a couple weeks ago, but SIL was sick. So now it's today. Maybe. Have to wait until SIL declares her bidding.

I wanna punch a crippled puppy in the face right now. I hate mornings.
