Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 114: Who gives a...

Had a few different colors in Johnstown, PA tonight. Hard rain, lightning. Power went out at the club. Had to eat via generator power.

I think it's more harsh.

I've only seen purple a handful of times. The last time they said it was a "downburst" and not a tornado, but either way, I was at work, and the glass doors were bowing in, and 3 of us couldn't push out/open the regular door to see outside. That was on a different side of the building.

I'd be perfectly happy with thunderstorms in the early evening, and blue sky from 9-5 every day.

Truth.

I slept through whatever we had last night. It must have not been much. I guess WI got its arse kicked.

Tell me about it...it was a nice wake up call this morning at 5am. At least it was almost gone when I left for work.

Yeah, I woke up, deck was soaked (all the boards, whereas a "normal" rain only covers about 1/2 the boards), but I heard nothing. I usually wake up to the first noise in a t-storm, then fall asleep to its lullaby sound.

Wasn't bad here...I left a friend's at 1:30 and saw lighting to the SW, but couldn't hear any thunder (very light rain). Fell asleep and didn't wake up until 10:00.

Had the Psych eval today. MMPI-2. 567 T/F "questions." Took me close to two hours. Best question..."My sex life is satisfactory." :p

The Traffic Manager at St. Paul said that BIS is apparently a great place to work. Almost no issues from anyone there. They also do 4 10 hour days so they have 3 day "weekends". Getting much more excited about it. :)
