Baked Doritos are just not as tasty as regular Doritos.

Howdy gang. Just spent all morning at an offsite forum our department hosted on mobile technology. It was pretty awesome. I feel so behind the times.

Thanks! That was one of my goals. I've heard it's good to have goals. ;) Unfortunately, I have reached "area clown" status yet, but I'm trying reeeeeally hard.

I haven't tried the baked Doritos. I have tried baked Lays, they aren't bad, especially compared to regular Lays chips. I highly recommend the baked Lays southwestern ranch flavor, they are very tasty.

Sorry to hear of the setback Bob. I can commiserate a bit. It sucks to wear a sling in this hot weather, I'm tired of my arm being constantly sweaty. And this is the "Kool-Sling". I wish it was all mesh.

Same with Tostitos. Figure if I'm going to eat corn chips, I might as well cozy up with a bag of El Matador tortilla chips and a huge jar of salsa.

Yeah - I'm pretty stoked. I have two loaves of bead rising on the counter. I am trying a new recipe (added honey and oats to the Mark Bittman recipe) and one regular recipe (that I've made about 5 times without issue).

It's been around for 28 years, and you're just noticing now? BTW, they made a sequel to "The Godfather", as well.

(And no, it's not as good, but still pretty fun. Shatner is in the second half, poking fun at himself and Star Trek, years before doing so became trendy.)
