Morning!

Last night I had some Guinness after all this cupcake talk.

Kids?

What about me? :D

The older you get the closer to a child you will become. You know.. diapers, day care (assisted living), etc. :p :D

I was playing Lego Indiana Jone 2 (video game) a couple weeks ago and thought of you (and rep). Not because I think you are fragile like a Lego. But because the max amount of money was 6.6 billion and change. I figured it was the 64 bit limit. :D

Morning Lodge.

I'm pretty happy that its Friday. Looking forward to sleeping in this weekend. :)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 113: Whutchu talkin' about, Meyer?

I woke up thinking it was the weekend. There is nothing worse that doing that on the morning of a long day at work:(

6.6 billion is not an easy number to explain as a max.

Good morning.
Just looked at my calendar.....forgot I was taking the afternoon off. Yay me.

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 113: Whutchu talkin' about, Meyer?

You're right, because 64 bit is more like: 18,446,744,073,709,551,615

Good luck getting that rep max ;)

Math Warning!

Actually, the 64-bit max is 2^63 - 1 = 9,223,372,036,854,775,807. One has to allow for negative numbers. It would not take any longer to go from where we are to there because the key factor is how many additional doublings of Rep there will be. It would take 32 more doublings. I still don't want to go through it again. :D

There's a name I haven't heard in a while! It was pro1disp who, checking in to the Got Rep? thread, asked whether he had missed anything and there the rep thread summaries began.

Good morning, Lodge!

Morning, lodge. Short work day today, long drive tonight. I'm actually looking forward to it. :)

Bring me 2 dozen cupcakes, I will do my best. This may be a wagering event. Something to try.

Prelim odds? The over/under is 11.5

I might take the under.

Depends on whether I can convince 'ewe to make the cupcakes extra rich without you knowing... ;)

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 113: Whutchu talkin' about, Meyer?

Good Morning, Lodge!

Today seems like it is going to be a long day. I am thinking that because I am on my I-don't-know-I-lost-count-cup-of-coffee. Bonus is that my co-worker bet me a dollar saying that I couldn't pour my coffee without spilling a drop. All those years of drinking have finally paid off.

Happy Friday!

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 113: Whutchu talkin' about, Meyer?

Not for 2 dozen cupcakes. 1, maaaaybe 2, total. Besides, we have a lot of work to do, huge setbacks are something we're trying to avoid.

I'm thinking over the course of a week you two could polish off 2 dozen. Cupcakes keep well in a tupperware container!

To continue the subject....I found my first gray/white hair in my early 20s. That was genetic - my dad, who I take after, found his first one at 19. If I didn't color my hair as often as I did (every 6 weeks) I'm afraid what I would look like!
