Morning, Lodge. Time to get cleaned up and ready for my day, which includes breakfast at Perkins, work, and finally buying an external hard drive for my computer.

This pole is incomplete without Michael J. Fox.

Howdy Kids
Off to flying lesson, if you see a red Cessna, it may be a 15 yr old flying it :D
Yet another reason to not go to Maine. :P

Where is the Brady Bunch or the Partridge Family? Family Ties? Small Wonder? Any other 80's or craptacular show I missed?

Beer is a very powerful beverage since you have been pounding it since 4:something.

BAHHHH THE PARTRIDGE FAMILY AND THE BRADY BUNCH.
Those two get my vote.

Hi. Back from the game. I thought my last post would be the last one in the thread. Didn't realize it was still a few minutes early and more posts happened. My dad and I left after the 7th. Drove him home. Now I'm home catching the end of the Celtics game.

I think this poll could have been cooler if it was name your favorite dead child star (Gary Coleman, Corey Haim, Dana Plato) or maybe soon to dead/utterly effed up (Brian Bonsall, Linsday Lohan). Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba aren't (weren't?) really child actors.
Yeah, where the hell is Alyssia Millano? Not only was she Tony Danza's Daughter in Who's the Boss? She was Arnold's Daughter in Comanndo.

Grrrrr..... and in other news, I think my PC got Hacked last night.....

DONE DEAL!

I now own a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, forest green.

Dealer tried to hose me on my trade-in on the Alero, so I asked to knock down the price of the Jeep instead and he upped the offer on the Alero. Interest rate (have to go through GMAC to get the discount they had) is a little high, but after 6 months I can refinance.

Overall, coulda done a little better, but coulda done a lot worse.

Get ready for other Jeep Wrangler owners waving at you on the road. I guess it's like a "Wrangler community" thing or something. I think it's stupid.

Not only that but Alyssa Milano is hot! :D

Oh and I guess she loves baseball which is a plus.

Already had one guy whoop and wave out the passenger side of a truck. I guess it's one of those Jeep things I have yet to understand.

Need offense for a national audience, have teams with crappy goalies advance... :p

I'm actually not convinced he was ever a child.

Only because he went back in time, impregnated his own mother, and sprung out of her belly fully formed.

Best color ever. :D My Cherokee is that shade, and Dad just got a Patriot in that color.

(Congrats on the Jeep. What options did you get?)

Also, for all of you complaining about no Alyssa Milano, Partridge Family, etc., you can include them in the next poll. ;) That, and I didn't run across them in the Wikipedia list of Child Actors soon enough. :o

Evening, Lodge. Homebrew is now in limited rotation - one variety is still flat and root beer-like, but the other is pretty darn good for a first attempt. I needed it (and the ribs and potato salad), after big protests at our site annoyed everyone at work. :o

Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 113: Whutchu talkin' about, Meyer?

I'm partial to the yellow Jeeps. I would have bought a yellow Ranger, but I wasn't patient enough.

The yellow Jeeps are okay. Hate the white, hate the red. Really liked the dark blue.

Unfortunately, I was in the market for a used Jeep, due to cost, so color was not high up on the list for me compared to other things.
