Morning. This staying up until 1am-3am really needs to stop, it's been going on since the daylight savings switch.

Long time no post. Been having some computer power cord issues (which will hopefully be fixed soon). Tomorrow's my last day of therapy (for now) for my shoulder (hurt it in january at work, been doing therapy twice a week and it's just not getting any better). Had an mri the beginning of march which showed a possible bicep tear. Following up with an orthopaedic on wednesday, possibility of surgery is looming. :(

Same sh-t, different day.

Took another step towards going back to school today; talked with an admissions adviser at Baker College about becoming an occupational therapist, and she told me to get my transcripts in ASAP.

Also, I swear my mom is becoming like Sisyphus; every time she gets so close to healing, something else goes wrong. Now she's looking at another three weeks in a nursing home because she's too weak to come home... *sigh*

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!! terrible tuesday is here.

I am exhaused but my hips, back and sides are so uncomfortable from being in bed that I can't stay asleep. The longer I am in the house the more stuff I see that should be done. Can't do any of it. I am dying for real food but when I had some last night it didn't go so well. I am sick of popsicles and soup.

still tired and a bit under the weather... mostly tired. I'm going to see if i can come in for half a day since i don't want to be out the whole week (tomorrow starts a conference in the city). Blah.

Ordinarily I'd take a return shot that would go something like "I was in my driveway leaving for work before you even went to bed" but that won't work with you since you apparently don't sleep ;)

And now that the season ended, it's nice to see all the lodge members attending to those injuries they've been toughing it out with.

Hang in there, Les!

No need for specifics, but I had surgery in February that required a nothing diet for about a week. And my sleep was crummy as well, because it kept waking me up, just like yours. The home chef made me a giant pot of rice, cooked in chicken stock for a long time, until it was just mush. But I have to say, after 72 hours of nothing, that mush was flipping delicious. :o

We're thinking of you! :)

No it does not. Almost constantgrinding is heard at any mph between 0-30.
