No need for specifics, but I had surgery in February that required a nothing diet for about a week. And my sleep was crummy as well, because it kept waking me up, just like yours. The home chef made me a giant pot of rice, cooked in chicken stock for a long time, until it was just mush. But I have to say, after 72 hours of nothing, that mush was flipping delicious.

We're thinking of you!

I think the rice thing sounds good. Maybe I will make it.

Hi Lodge. First day back from vacation. Cah-razy!! My internal client and my boss are both out this week. Both kept me busy on my vacation. Can I return the favor? Nooooooo. One doesn't have a Blackberry, the other is in Aruba so I don't know if she gets service there. I'm stuck doing a bunch more work than normal. Oy. I'll add a Vey to that.

Time to go home. Even though I took out food to cook, I think I will do what I was going to do and go to Kelly's. I don't actually have to go out to get it. It's on the way home. And I'm starving, so I won't have to wait to cook. I'll make the pork chops tomorrow night.
