Re: Rep Retirement Lodge 104: Back To Normal Sports

Woot, UNH won hardware last night! (I'm kind of excited, as through the first half of the season, it looked like they'd be fighting for 4th at this point.)

UNH has 5. It was 6 yesterday, but Lowell won, so they can't finish 8th. I'll take anyone but Vermont.
um, you are in the hockey sad room.

I am in the hockey what the eff room. Maine loses 3 series at home and we still travel there? Well, not we. Mr et al. I will be at home. And after the game I find out lil's lax parent mtg is on the night I work late and well, you guessed it Mr is traveling. Now if he told me this this AM I could have told you the outcome of tonite's game. When ever anything comes up he is always traveling.

I was a little distracted tonight, my mind was in Oswego.

Thankfully that paid off as well as RPI did tonight as Oswego beat the Plattsburgh scum to win SUNYACs and book the top seed in the D-III NCAA tournament.

Now if RPI can take care of Brom tomorrow...

Here's a lesson for all you single guys who may someday get married (insert MNS joke here :p ): At 10AM this morning my wife said, "you know, we really should get new speakers in the dining room." At 12:30 they my new Polks were fired up and cranking out some tunes. Never pass on such an opportunity! :)
HN has a 46" DLP here. I once looked at him during a hockey game and said we needed a bigger tv. We still have the 46" DLP. Not that it's a bad thing, but he missed a golden opportunity there.

Congrats!

Mornin' Lodge.
Lovely Sunday morning here.

This is where I take the opportunity to brag about my 54" TV which sits 8 feet from my couch.

I'm in the happy hockey room...for about 12 seconds.

Gophers play the Sioux. Kiss our season goodbye. :(

What are the odds BSU loses the CHA tourney and therefore allows two CHA teams in the field of 16?

A few hockey rooms will be on suicide watch......................

I posted that in the bracketology thread this morning. If half the league gets in and someone "steals" an at-large berth this place will melt down on selection Sunday when the field is announced.

if we ever have a league that small ever again they ought to write in an exception in the procedures for this type of thing. "If only one at-large team would qualify then the membership of the league is limited to only one bid as specified by the rules of that league." etc, etc, etc.
