Wow, college hockey galore on the dish tonight! And the start times are staggered, so there's a good chance I can watch four or five of them. Beautiful!

Mom is resting. The pain block wore off much sooner than they thought, so she's feeling it. The pharmacist gave her the go-ahead to take Ibuprofen, so hopefully she'll get some sleep this afternoon.

Good afternoon, Lodge. Dishes are done, so is laundry... it's been a good day so far. Really looking forward to NMU alumni night at BW3s tonight.

And if you would, please pray for my mom. A couple months ago, she had carpal tunnel surgery, only to find that it was unnecessary. She's had the tremors, numbness, etc in that arm and I'm afraid she's getting worse, both physically and mentally. :(

In other news, the microwaves in the cafeteria area at work must be super industrial strength or something. I put a bag of popcorn in for 2:40, about 30 seconds less than I would at home, and I ended up with a bag full of black popcorn. I thought it was on fire because when I took it out there were black spots getting bigger on the bag. Now the office smells like burnt popcorn, and I don't have any popcorn to eat. This sucks.
