Taking a day off. The kid's school is off today so I'm taking him and a buddy skiing to Afton Alps.

Alas, carnival week has finally arrived. I've got six classes, two rugby meetings, a rugby practice, many hours of statue (including all-nighter) before tReal Fun begins, but it's quickly approaching.

And this just in, when I'm in Grand Rapids this weekend, I might get to meet the Jonas Brothers! (All of the famous people that go to Grand Rapids stay at the Amway, as does the BPA SEC) I've already seen Ben Stein & Valerie Bertinelli. Last year's State Executive Council met Hellogoodbye.

morning Lodge. Taxes are filed. I still ended up getting a refund. And I'm not happy about it. I mean, realistically, who is unhappy about getting a lump sum check? But then I realize I overpaid the government even though I took extra steps not to. :mad:

Oh well, it'll help pay off a student loan and who knows where the rest will go

More time at work....luckily it will be a short week, with a trip to carnival at the end of it.

You should wear a t-shirt with a huge picture of Taylor Swift's face on it when you meet the Jonas Brothers. Then scowl at them the entire time. That would be high quality entertainment. :D
