I did that when I was watching the Miracle on Ice game in '92. A group of kids came in for their video session and couldn't believe the Americans were tied with the Russians! I bet a few players that the Americans would win. I didn't tell them the game took place when they were two. :D

When it actually happened I was living in a frat and a bunch of us went to to dinner. We were on the way back to watch the delayed broadcast of the game and encountered some drunks from another house yelling about the outcome they had heard on the radio. :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Yeah, thats why I was worried when I went to look at the house, but this seems to be in the decent part of the town. Fairly nice houses, looked like a decent neighborhood.

At the end of the day it's still, well, one of the Brooklyn suburbs. One of them is allegedly better than the other but I don't care enough to keep track and they seem the same to me. ;)

I was a fat *ker back in the day, man. I blame my ex though, who hated exercise and wanted to spend every minute watching TV or movies. :mad:

That being said, I swam 900 meters this afternoon and hit the stationary bike for 20 minutes. It was nice. :)

I'm probably right around the highest weight I've been at ever. I'm not happy about it, and I'm really working to change it.
