I did that when I was watching the Miracle on Ice game in '92. A group of kids came in for their video session and couldn't believe the Americans were tied with the Russians! I bet a few players that the Americans would win. I didn't tell them the game took place when they were two. :D

I didn't collect my winnings, of course. :p

My son's HS has a rifle team (and a range in the basemet). He's a Jr. now but when he was a freshamn he had (got?) to spend some shooting, it is required of all Fr., and the instructor (retired sgt.) told him he may have been the worst shot he'd ever seen. Needless to say he didn't go out for the rifle team. :D

My dad was on his HS rifle team. They used to practice in the gym, and the opposite wall is STILL cratered 50 years later. :o

Howdy folks. We had 5-6 consecutive days of freezing fog about 2 weeks ago. That lead to ice build-up on the power lines, and before you know it, we have power lines and poles down all over the state. Just spent 8 days without power. No fun!

My dad just called and their Panonic Plasma has some funky picture stuff going on - the colors are a weird I guess. For example, he's watching the MN BB game and the MN colors are greenish instead of gold. Tried to turn it on/off a few times with no luck.
Anyone ever here of something like this? Doesn't sound good......
