i am in indiana, pa...... i may not be within 100 miles of a girl with slanted eyes :( (especially now with school out for the summer)

SO the only hotel in Ocanta WI was closed. Oh there were guests there. But no one working and it was all locked up. So we had to travel another few miles because we we dammed if we were going to stay in WI at that point. Got a nice suite with a balcony in Menominee MI. Queen bed and sofa two rooms. 90 bucks.!!

It's only $90 because it's freaking Menominee, MI. Who the hell wants to be in Menominee, MI? Who outside of this thread even knows where it is?

Did you know that the school there, Indiana University of Pennsylvainia, had their nickname taken away in the same NCAA decree that labeled the Sioux as being a hostile and abusive name. They ended up changing it to Crimson Hawk. However, nobody thought to do a Google search of that until after it was all announced, and IUP was committed to being the Crimson Hawks. Mostly safe for work.

Mrs and jr are in PA now suffering in the heat wave out east. FIL's ac is down so it's been tough to even sleep for them.

I finally am getting a new monitor at my desktop. IT is installing now. Old one is a really bad crt. I kept looking for a focus control as it's so fuzzy.

Temperature gauge on the boat just showed triple digits, but has since dropped down to a mild 98. Granted, I'm inside where it is climate controlled ;)

I do, becaue they drove within 2 blocks of my house and didnt even know, scariest part is the hotel they stayed at is about .5 miles from my house

ShirtlessGuy booked a room with one bed for four people. We got lucky and a family of four cancelled as we walked in. He knew we had four people when he made the reservation. Ugh

The kicked? I had a closer and nicer hotel with two beds reserved and was told this current room was the same but cheaper via Priceline. Oooooops.

Got lucky it aorta worked out.
