Channeling my inner redneck and mowing shirtless today. Thinking about telling the new neighbor girl down the street to do the same.

The g family was planning to spend a couple days in Duluth this week. Due to the flooding we will pass. Oh well.

Mrs. g will be hanging out with some of her friends at a resort this weekend. The boys will be staying at the good grandmas (my mom) this weekend. I will be hanging with some of my friends this weekend. Everybody wins! :)

Tonight, after getting everyone in bed and the house quieted down, I got out the cocktail equipment to make a drink. The cork resisted, and just as I yanked hard it gave way, sending a small splattering across the counter. Right there on that counter was the "Good Sportsmanship Packet" from my kids' tennis class, which I had to sign, and which has to be returned tomorrow. So yes, when my kid turns in his parentally-signed sheet saying, "I the parent will support all fair play and happiness and never cheat and always do the right thing," IT WILL REEK OF TEQUILA.

Morning, sounds like Brent, MNS, and BPH have had an interesting start on their travels. Apparently they are staying in my town, Im contemplating stopping at the 2 hotels on my way to work and waking them up

Full SENANICANS mode last night. All methods of communication were taken away from me before we left (my iPad is still MIA somewhere...), but it was full, complete SENANICANS.
