Re: Rep Lodge Thread 89: As The Holidays Approach

There are about 75 kids in the waiting room. About 20 of them have been crying since they walked in the door. Little g's are tough as nails and think all those kids should quit wearing skirts. :p

That's a good job outta you!

Is this about the Tech series? I think at some point you all should come sit amongst the Misfits.
But the suites have alcohol....yes, I know we can sneak alcohol into the student section, but when I did that in Duluth I ended up with a raw ankle where my flask rubbed against it.

Morning Lodge.

Yeah, but the vegis will get some with their corn flakes in a couple months. :D
*Thumbs Up!!*

morning Lodge. I have 5 legs today...hooray.
Thats not what you want to wake up in the morning with.....

Good morning Lodge.

Currently in the waiting room at the clinic as the little g's will be getting their H1N1 shot today. Lot's of little kids crying in anticipation of getting poked.

*THUMBS UP*
You're telling them that they get ice cream if they don't cry right?? ;)

Oh suck it up Cupcake!!! We'll have GMann's kid telling you to stop wearing a skirt. :D

Morning Lodge.

Not really looking forward to today. Probably going to spend a bunch of time sitting around in Sterling Heights with no internet waiting for my supplier to do what they are supposed to. Then hopefully I can come back to work with good parts. But I'll be tempted to take the afternoon off.
Take the afternoon off!;) :D

Well, got some good news today. I've been able to schedule five of the professional massage therapists to give them massages to that's part of my program. Lot of worries there because some of the ones that were on my list were getting pretty booked up. :D Now, its just tracking down people for the rest of my 30 friends and family that I have to give out. :(

Re: Rep Lodge Thread 89: As The Holidays Approach

Wow. Who turned you into an octopus..err...pentapus?

I knew he was Sloe Vag, but I didn't know he had five of them. :p

Morning, Lodge. Had a very enjoyable trip to the UP (Houghton and Marquette), but my Jeep didn't want to leave.

new starter in Marquette: $309
two bottles of power steering fluid: $10
towing from Poplar, WI to Hermantown, MN: $79
new power steering pump: $282
gas for Dad to get from our house to Hermantown, to our house, back to Hermantown, and back to our house: $100

the amount of money I'll need to keep my truck running: priceless

Some things money can't buy. For everything else, fml. Accepted everywhere. :o

Re: Rep Lodge Thread 89: As The Holidays Approach

When are you coming to Chicago? ;) :D

Mornin Lodge!

Depending on a few D2 Playoff games this weekend, I would be rolling thru Chicago on thanksgiving weekend. At this point, might be willing to make a stop just to get a rub or 3 in. I'm starting to get desperate on this. Already made a bribary offer to one of my friends if I can get them in this friday. Normally I don't do my pulled pork for home games, as I usually park in the cheap lot and drag my cooler over to my friends vehical in the expensive lot at GV. Carrying a crockpot full of hot pork would just be a pain in the butt.

Is it really that hard to give away free massages? Seriously, craigslist is your friend...you might even run into a lady who wants more than a massage.

We're not that kind of Massage BB_DL!:p

Actually, I think a lot of the problem for me is that I'm kinda big and intimating to people, even though I'm really just a big old teddy-bear. That, and most of my friends just see me as this big loud party guy, which I am, but there's more to me than just that. That, and a lot of my friends are guys and guys usually don't want to be massaged by guys.

That has nothing to do with it. The issue here is that we're on opposite ends of the state.

Re: Rep Lodge Thread 89: As The Holidays Approach

My first post in the new thread. Just thought I'd stop in and say hi to everyone.

West Tex... re: your rep. If you don't know what the numbers below my name are then you really need to match more TV, specifically LOST.

Re: Rep Lodge Thread 89: As The Holidays Approach

My work assignment in St. Louis is now over.

It's great to be home but there are still major issues on the job front. Some of my coworkers recently got laid off which definitely makes a person wonder about their future.

I'm trying to stay positive but it's not looking good. I've been a total team player and made personal sacrifices by living away from home for extended periods multiple times for the good of the office and the company but in the end it may not matter.

Maybe I should make a will design roadways for food sign and hang out at busy intersections. Just trying to keep my sense of humor.

In alot of regards the job situation is out of my hands so I'm going to try to focus on my personal life which has taken some hits due multiple extended work assignments away from home and try not to worry about the job situation.

Hopefully the lodge members are doing well.
